1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) define the conditions under which the company DINSIRO (hereinafter the “Seller”) offers its products for sale via the website [www.dinsiro.com] (hereinafter the “Website”), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.

3. Geographic scope
The products offered on the Website are sold only to customers residing in Europe. No delivery is made outside Europe.
4. Access to the Website
The Website is accessible 24/7, except in the event of an interruption, in particular for maintenance or in cases of force majeure. The Seller cannot be held liable for any unavailability of the Website.
5. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website on the day of consultation by the customer, subject to availability.
The photographs and descriptions of the products are provided for information purposes only. Despite all the care taken, slight differences may exist (colours, finishes, etc.).
6. Prices
Prices are indicated in [EUR/CHF, as chosen by the Seller], all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are specified at the time of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in force at the time the order is validated.
7. Orders
Any order placed on the Website constitutes full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.
8. Payment
Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the Website (bank card, etc.).
The order is considered final once payment has been validated by the banking institution.
9. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, only within Europe.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or postal services.
10. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the consumer law applicable in Europe, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact the Seller at the following e-mail address: contact@dinsiro.com.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error by the Seller.
11. Returns and refunds
After receipt and verification of the returned products, the Seller will refund the amounts paid (excluding initial delivery costs) within a reasonable period of time, using the same payment method as that used when placing the order.
12. Personal data
The personal data collected when placing an order is used for order management, delivery and invoicing.

13. Intellectual property
All elements present on the Website (texts, photos, logos, visuals, design, etc.) are the exclusive property of DINSIRO, unless otherwise stated.

The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Website or the purchase of products (loss of data, loss of profit, etc.).
The customer is responsible for the use of the products and undertakes to use them in accordance with their intended purpose.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent courts of the city of Lausanne, canton of Vaud, shall have exclusive jurisdiction
