You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
The item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the error is ours).
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping
Delivery within 5 business days in Switzerland, mainland France, and Monaco; 6 to 7 business days internationally.
Free shipping for the holiday season
For the holiday season, shipping is free on all orders over a certain amount.
This offer is valid until December 19 and is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery countries
We currently ship only to Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Your order is shipped from our workshops in France and Switzerland and delivered directly to your home.
We do not offer delivery to pickup points/parcel shops.
Shipping fees
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
- As an indication, shipping fees for one bag are:
- CHF 10.50 for delivery to Switzerland, mainland France, and Monaco
- CHF 26 for other EU countries and the United Kingdom
Delivery times
Switzerland, mainland France, and Monaco: up to 5 business days (excluding pre-order items if so, the delivery date is shown on our website and in your order confirmation email).
Other EU countries and the United Kingdom: up to 6–7 business days (excluding pre-order items if so, the delivery date is shown on our website and in your order confirmation email).
Customs duties
Your order will be shipped from our workshops in Switzerland and France. For Switzerland and EU member countries, no customs duties will apply. Outside of these countries, customs fees may be charged by the customs authorities of the delivery country. The amount may vary depending on the country.
